Loma and one up in Carlsbad) that had no problem with early check-in (one at 11:00 am) as long as a room was already available. Probably best luck on week days at motels that are not likely to sell out for the night.

A guy was praising this stuff on the LA Board. Not a bad idea. Two potential problems. 1) providers might not want their location information shared, and 2) Apple might pull an app with illicit undertones. You can veil it, use code words, but the moment you become popular, the game changes.
That said I'm tempted but I'd have to create an LLC to sheild. Theres no way in hell I'm putting that app out in my own name, as my Apple Dev account is an individual acct in my name.

Food for thought.[/QUOTE]I am no attorney but I think it would violate Florida Statute 787.06 (9)(a) where it makes it a crime to give information on the location of a residential facility offering commercial sexual activity. The penalty can be for up to 30 years, although I doubt anyone gets that, it still answers your question as to why no one has ever developed such a useful app.
