I believe the story of the parlors getting raided was already posted in the massage thread but thought it was notable that Ohio attorney general Dave Yost said he doubled the task force to combat human trafficking in the state, so we may be seeing more of these busts soon. Stay vigilant gentlemen.

Just because many of the women stay in the shop does not mean they are victims of anything. A lot of them do not own a car and / or have no license, so staying at the shop is a decision of convenience and economics for the provider.

So that is $300 a month more in their pocket. They work 3 months straight take a month off and go to Flushing for a month. There have been a number of busts over the last 5-6 years, but I don't think I have ever heard of a man getting caught up in it. The girls get offers of help but all the want is their phones back and ticket back to Flushing so they can find a new place to work.

It was in the south Dayton area where a Chinese male was caught and charged in federal court with transporting a lady from New York to Dayton for prostitution. This incident was several years back, and I don't believe his arrest made the news. I happened to be browsing the public notices on the Dayton Daily News website and buried in a NOTICE OF FORFEITURE OF CONTRABAND AND / OR ABANDONED PROPERTY posting was seizure by the local task force of around $30,000 cash at a local motel and gave a Chinese name and seizure date. It caught my eye as I wondered if it might have been related to a raid around that time at a nearby AMP. I did find the case in the online federal court system. In the case, I believe the guy ended up getting a sentence of probation and he might have faced possible deportation. He was not some Asian kingpin but looked to be a resident of Flushing, NY needing an extra income stream to support his family. At least that is what was presented in the court documents. The court documents did not list details about the AMP or lady involved, so unfortunately so I did not get much good intel.
