I have no basis in actual evidence regarding this, but it's my feeling that they will take any and all requests to get together and then take the first one to get there. Non hobbyists are blowing up their phone offering them more money than we do. That's really all there is to this. There's a large portion of men doing this who don't use these review websites and don't do this all the time so they have more $ to spend on a date.

With all the talk in the escort review forum about the facebook page exposing people, it is a good reminder to be prepared for anything. Including legal issues.
