You pay the 10 entrance fee, pay for a drink (10, or 5 depending on size) and watch the show. If you want to get a dance ask the dancer and it'll be either 30 or 40 per dance. That's it, cash transactions all the way. You don't have to get any dance if you don't want.

Dallas. Same as above.
Naomi. Offered HJ and Russian, but full menu strongly hinted. Dayshift.
Alexis. HJ included in reg dance cost, no upcharge. Swing shift?
Harlow. HJ only, but good one. Day shift.
Cream. "everythings negotiable". Day shift.
Jade. Varies, one night nothing, another offered full menu. Swing / night shift.
Effy. Asked me if anyone had sucked on my balls yet while still in the stage area, so imagine menu would be offered. Swing / night shift.

All this happens in the couch / booths in the VIP area. There's no separate VIP rooms at Pandoras, just a section in the back with 20 or so booths. Not completely private, but close enough and seems to do the job for just about any job.

There is this dancer from a Vu club who met me for lunch a few months back.
I made her an offer to perform solo on Chaturbate & we do a 75%-25% split,75 to her.
Since I have the equipment.
She declined, yet, she gets totally naked on stage, gets very few tips, maybe a few privates.
She barely makes enough for house fees.
I video taped her one night, she made no money.
But, I have some chicks down in CA who will go online.
