Based on the original poster posting history, talking about AAA in a different city a couple of years ago, to the potential mediocre reports on Friday, I am not holding my breath about this place. I will walk in and see what is what before I plunk down any cash.
Tried it Friday. With weekend didn't get around to posting.
Like its been mentioned, its a mile west of veterans on Hillsborough next to shell gas station. Just says "Massage" "Open" in neon on the window. .7 for an hour to mama san who I thought was just Mama san (story later) checking me in. No table shower, but she said it would be available the next time.
Asked for Jenny, and seemed like there was just one girl working. She came in for massage. Massage was 6/10 for deep tissue. Flipped over and she covered my junk with towel. I asked for extras. To which she didn't say much but I could see her going to the mama sans office (in that monitor with cameras) and having a prolonged discussion. Mama san comes back and says, Jenny can't because period. But she can. Or just HJ for. 6. So I didn't care for mama san so agreed to HJ. Guess what, they both leave, and mama san comes back and starts playing with the boys. I am confused. Kinda really lackluster HJ.
Overall 4/10. There is no Sarah. Seems like Sarah might be the Mama San.

Lots of parking. Korean place, says Massage in the window. Definitely the old Sky Massage location. Good at a little teasing on the flip.
The bad: very COLD in there today, I could not get my hands warm, the massage was mediocre at best. Anytime I tried to touch the girls they complained about my hands being too cold.
Korean place, but they asked for money up front and didn't help me get dressed. 100% covered from start to quick end.
My hands were freezing and they didn't want me going the bathroom to run under hot water, even though I was the first and only customer of the day. Never did figure that out.
No table shower, nothing offered. "Take clothes off and get face down".
The ugly: One thing that freaked me out was the aforementioned monitors in EVERY room. You can see the parking lot, the lobby, the hallway etc. So any monger can see any other monger at any time, except in the massage rooms. They also haggle about money too damn much, and the English is lacking so I was actually pretty frustrated at one point.
GOD I MISS LULU and June! They knew how to get a rise out of me.
I park, go in, pay 50 for half an hour (70 is hour price). Cute girl in jeans and a dress walks me to my room and gives me change. Leaves, comes back without jeans on and has me lay face down. Medium massage, let me put my (COLD) hands on her legs, she left her mask on. 8-10 minutes, she has me flip and nicely starts playing with the boys. Asks what I want. "I want to fuck you. How much is that?" "How much you pay?" I give her 160 from my pocket and acts slightly offended. She says for that much she will get the other lady. I watch in the monitor she puts her jeans back on.
I wait a while while the older lady finishes lunch. She says the first girl is on her period (still? This older lady is heavier in the middle, not the worst I have seen, but not overly sexy. I explain to her I gave everything to the first girl and I expect full service. She starts yammering about having to pay the girl 50 dollars since they work for tips. I got off the table, because no way in hell am I paying another fifty in this joint when I can tell it is going to be boring. She lays me down and says "Sorry my english is bad, I paid her 50 of the 160 and kept 110 for myself". Waaaaay too much discussion about cash, willy lost all interest at this point.
Now that we had that out of the way she did take her mask off and did the mouth trick with the condom for a BJ. She was totally in control about the action, not in a mean way, just professional. She wanted standing mish with her on the table, with the monitor in the room I got soft in record time. I finally got her to lay on the table and try mish. Kept falling out due to weird angle. Last ditch effort I put her legs on my shoulders and pounded her for 60 seconds. NO kissing allowed. She made the right noises and said I was big and stuff after the fact. Told me to come back.
I could see nothing warm was coming so I got my own clothes on by myself, no hot washrag, no warm towel, nothing. Definitely no option for round two at all. Mediocre from start to finish with a lot of keystone cops action in the middle. I seriously hate haggling, I want to put the money down and that's it. Or if I ask how much, tell me a price and not try to milk me for 200+.
They won't be there long, so don't get used to them. The original post had to the be the owner. I won't go back even for the hotter girl, god knows if she even does FS or her attitude.

I guess I have been on too many educational and business boards in the past where the whole idea of the boards is to ask and answer questions.
I am new and learning, and we learn by asking questions to those with more experience.
I am truly grateful to the folks here who have shared their experiences and kindly answered questions.
I will ask less questions, and be sure to post on my experiences, even though I only venture out to AMPs a few times per year (Probably working way too hard. But that is me. Need to get out and play more. LOL).

Paid a visit yesterday to Eve Spa for the 1st time since the pandemic. Masks are no longer required by customers. They still check your temp though. I had the pleasure of seeing Lynn (Shiney) for an hour. She was very petite at 92 LBS but still had a very cute figure. Smoothest skin I have ever felt. Solid performance. Will repeat.
