Have any of you had problems with a Hispanic looking man driving a white looks like a Chevy truck the midsize one. I'm parked in the guest stalls along the fence sitting in my car texting the MT I was going so see. He honks his horn at me and tells me you can't just sit there. So I told him yeah yeah okay.
