Of course, there's no guarantee that anyone else will know anything, but being more detailed may at least increase the potential for receiving helpful information.

There may have been problems or complaints before, and those girls may be bait.
Or they could be the product of hard times, heard how 'great' the money is and decided to get in on the action. Maybe they heard being a money up front ROB has no consequences; typically a john won't be putting a gun to the girl's head.
The Forum has a good section describing the behavior of an SW as compared to a civvy. I believe it is "22 rules for street mongering", which also leads to "Piker's Rules".

At some recent time and date, at some place downtown, I saw a woman. We knew each other from before, but I haven't seen her downtown for a long time. She wasn't busy, so we talked, and then we did some stuff together. She did three things, quite well, and she also had a nice personality. She made me happy. My wallet was also happy.

Dow town Debbie
Finall met the liricly acclaimed down town Debbie. Fellow mongers if you haven't seen her yet you need to take a tour to the down town track. Man let me tell you this girl skills are off the charts. Bbj was by far the best, the only thing that went wrong was when it was time to fo the deed she said she had no rubber. She suck on little Ricky and she I want that big fat cock in my pussy. I said Fuck it and gave her the ridr of her life. Ask her if greek was available but she said ricky is to big. Anyhow, she was talking dirty and screaming loud, don't know if she was faking but she just lay out on the back seat after the deed. She didn't hesitate to call SlickRick top dog. Hopefully all goes well I usually don't do reckless activities.
Looking for nikki sweeet. I can't find her, people say she's at the corner of smith and maunea st but is thsy by the park?
Unfortunately, there's no corner of Smith and Maunakea, because they are parallel streets that never meet.
Personally, I don't recall seeing Nikki downtown for roughly the past two weeks, although of course she easily could have been out and about when I wasn't there. At the current time, the last sighting of her that anyone has reported on the forum was in late April. Previously, however, in my experience the most likely places to see her were on the Diamond Head side of Maunakea Street between North Beretania Street and North Pauahi Street; inside, and near the North Pauahi Street entrance to, the Smith-Beretania Park in Chinatown; and around the intersection of Maunakea Street and North Kukui Street. She sometimes was also on North Pauahi Street between Smith Street and River Street, and on the other section of River Street between North Kukui Street and North Vineyard Boulevard.

Hawaii
Hawaii fucken sucks for street mongering. It's all fucken shemales out on the road.
And the only girls that I think are girls, are charging 300-400 at waikiki for a handjob.
Sex should be legalized, so we can have a big giant red light industry that can raise our tourist industry to tremendous heights.
Guys lets work together to help legalize sex in hawaii, and we can turn this place into the next Pattaya.
What do yall think?
Disclaimer: the following is just one lonely guys opinion. We actually have it pretty good in Hawaii as it stands.
If prostitution is going to be legalized here, it would have to be a slow, careful process, handled with tact. And to get women on board, there would need to be a lot of built in protection for sex workers. In a place like Thailand, women do not have anywhere near the political voice and standing that they have in the USA. Yes, women in Thailand have the right to vote, but the cultural and socioeconomic barriers between the sexes are still immense. Any effort to legalize prostitution here would have to be very respectful of that fact--that distinction. Our nation is not about to go backwards on women's freedom, nor should it.
This is my opinion, if you push on it too hard, too fast, you will get all of the conservatives up in arms very quickly and find yourself with an L. E. backlash like we've never seen. I almost feel like it may take several more generations for the puritan / protestant / catholic attitudes and general sentiment about sex to change enough to legitimately have this kind of political conversation in the USA. Each generation is becoming more liberal and open to sexual freedom. But on the same token, I would never want a state that has so little regulation that it becomes a lawless haven for sex trafficking. I believe there is a balance.
At this point, even as liberal as our state may be, I don't think there is sufficient support for the legalization of prostitution to be entertained by lawmakers. To do so would be political suicide. If legalization of prostitution here in the states happens in my lifetime, you can color me surprised.
Edit: Just one opinion. And who knows? I could be wrong.
Guys lets work together to help legalize sex in hawaii, and we can turn this place into the next Pattaya.
What do yall think?
At least in my lifetime, consenting adult prostitution will never be legalized in Hawaii. It's the rare type of political issue upon which even the most stodgy conservatives and the most whiny liberals can agree. From the usual conservative perspective, prostitution is immoral, violates religious principles and threatens "family values". From the usual liberal perspective, prostitution inherently exploits, objectifies and victimizes women. From the perspective of many conformist females (conservative or liberal), prostitution must be suppressed because it provides men with the freedom to easily enjoy no-strings-attached sex whenever they want, without being compelled to spend their time and money submissively catering to the whims of so-called "respectable" women. Furthermore, because prostitution is a crime and generally considered dirty and disgraceful by "reputable" society, anti-prostitution activists are much more willing to publicly press their agenda than the mongers who secretively have fun with prostitutes (or the prostitutes themselves). For example, how many of us are willing to be televised publicly testifying (and submitting to questioning) in support of prostitution at the legislature, LOL. Yet the "righteous" anti-prostitution forces are there lobbying and testifying at every legislative session.

To be perfectly honest, all of the downtown street providers referenced by me and other experienced mongers this year in the Streetwalker Reports and Downtown threads -- including Lovable Laura, Maximum Maxie, Delightful Downtown Debbie, Sweet Nikki Sweet, Chinatown Heather, Star, Angie, Sheila, Erica, Joelle, Local Jo, Pua, Kehau, Sapphire, Donna, Michelle, Melanie, Lynn/Lee, Korean-Japanese Lee, Kelleen, Jolene/Cherry, Lani, etc. -- in fact are cleverly disguised "shemales". Beware!

What do yall think?
Lonely Smiles and Redneck one are spot on and bring up very valid points. Another thing to consider is that, if prostitution was legalized, the workers who worked within the boundaries of the law would be taxed which would drive the prices even higher. It's actually the same way in Pattaya. You don't notice it because you're paying a 1000 Baht barfine which is only about 30 US dollars.
It seems that the same thing you're complaining about (300-400 asking prices in Waikiki) is a result of tourism, which is why it wouldn't be a good idea to turn Hawaii into a place for sex tourists.

Hawaii is far from being "liberal", in the social sense of the word. It may be a blue state, but don't let that fool you -- it's very, very, very conservative. I was born, raised and went to school in Honolulu, but it's nothing like San Francisco or Los Angeles or any other major, coastal city with a liberal bent.
There's only two states that don't have a lottery or any kind of gambling: Hawaii and Utah. No one questions it. No one asks why they can't make their own decision on the matter.
Look at how long it took gay marriage to pass, despite the debate starting in Hawaii. Those evangelical mega-churches got their congregations to come out of the woodwork.
Consider that medical marijuana dispensaries almost died (and if you take a look at the bill, the regulation are pretty onerous for anyone who wants to put their name in for a license). Everyone knows someone in Hawaii who grows the stuff, but no one questioned why people shouldn't go into business and sell it to adults and people who might benefit from it.
Also: like Redneck's pointed out, prostitution is one thing that liberals and conservatives can agree on, albeit for different reasons. Inevitably, crimes like prostitution mean grants and funding flowing from the federal government to local law enforcement. It means asset forfeiture laws, which means money or property seized from prostitutes and johns (never mind that there's no due process). As many have pointed out, it's the kind of crime that's doesn't put the cops in much danger, makes them look like they're doing something and puts money in their pockets.

Sunday early cruise
Was cruising this morning about 3 am and saw a hot looking provider. I am fairly certain a female though I seldom see females at this location. First saw her walking ewa bound on kukui street and crossing nuuanu. I went around the block to try and get a fix on her and she was standing on manaukea by that parking structure. She looks haole or maby slight hapa. Dark or black hair past shoulders wearing a dark short dress showing off her curves and lovely creamy toned legs with stripper clear heels. And she was wearing glasses. Seemed to be late twenties or thirties. I tried to whip back around to get at this honey but some monger beat me to her. I rode around for another hour trying to find her but no luck. Anyone know her? Have digits? Thanks.

So although I thought she gave good service for a downtown provider (especially her first-rate bbbj), I'm unable to compare it with her previous level of service.
However, let's presume that she was less desirable as a downtown provider. Nevertheless, because she could be obtained at substantially reduced rates as a downtown provider, she may have given the same, or even more, "value per mongering dollar" than before. (Sort of like some people think that a budget-priced Toyota Corolla provides as much or more "value per dollar" than the fancy but more expensive Toyota Avalon, for example.)
By the way, I haven't seen Nikki openly working downtown for at least five weeks, so I don't know whether she's still a current downtown street provider or perhaps is in a different situation.

BTW she's not blonde anymore, pink or purple hair, could have dyed it since then, she was dressed pretty well, looked more like a normal girl running errands in town than a provider.
Hope this helps.

RN. Totally agree. I mean if I saw her, it'd be just to help funnel $$$ to her hoping she can get out of whatever hell / hole she is in. But she was with some dude, I guess a pimp? That's just no thanks for me. I mean I know escorts have guys with them, I just rather not see them. It's like seeing guys inside an AMP.

Waianae Streetwalker
Just wanted to check if anyone has seen any SW in the Waianae around Tamuras. I got lost near Tamuras going to an appointment, asked for directions at a gas station and this local girl, fairly decent looking with curly hair, jean shorts, sunglasses and a bikini top walks by and say hi. I follow her down a side street and she starts talking to me at a stop sign, was starting to walk over but a car came up behind me and I had to drive away. Circle around again and she gave the way, but ran out of time and could not pick her up.
