I'm not the best to answer your questions but from my (limited) personal experience, I don't think there is anything wrong with requesting service from the manager, but as we all know, every MP and every monger and every provider is different, plus health issues, politics and LE activity can change things on a dime.

I recently visited the highly touted VIP. Definitely a fan. I have spent a fair amount of time reading through these posts for probably a year or more and this was my first "all in" visit. Hey all. After reading all the hype about VIP I went to check it out. Have to say it was just an OK experience.
