They seem to know when to come out because after most are picked up by mongers, I noticed two LEO cars pull up and park in the area for a while. I saw a spinner type girl, she was walking back and forth around time before LEO got there. I tried to figure out if she was legit but she sure looked cute, I figured brand new one or TGTBT. She crossed over to shell station three times. Not sure what she does but did see her buy some candy from a brother and eventually she got in another brother's car and they left.

Took a drive last night to see who was out, and there were several girls out down in the bottoms, but there were alot of other people hanging around too. One dude in a blonde wig that had me laughing he looked so bad. Too much traffic to do any real good scoping, but business is picking up there. It is a convenient cut-thru from MBR to 2nd /4th avenue but like the whole area near those projects it is carefullfy.
