It's been a while since I've stopped in Baltimore for some action. I will be passing through and wanted to know where are the prime places these days. I used to go to Patterson Park, but the last time I went there (a while back), I didn't find any action. I know there is usally stuff a little further down by route 40 and the cemetary but I never really found anything quality there.
Any suggestions?
Oh and is Tuesdays still hop-out night? When LE is doing all their busts? Or is it Thursdays?

Don't monger too often, but when I do I stick to northeast, mainly the bel air, harford rd area (hence the name NE looper). Now, due to the slim pickin's on this side of town I don't have too much intel, but what I can say is Harford (between frankford and taylor) is the better of the two where as bel air tends to have more LE.
I've searched alot of old posts and can't seem the answer I'm looking for.

I have been mongering for quite some time; what I have learned is everything is hit-or-miss. Once in a while, you find a true gem who cannot be rated on the SW scale. For these women, you have to rate them on the regular women's scale.

There are two that rent by the hour: the EL-Rich, and the Rosedale. Both are on Rt40 and not too far from the beltway interchange. Just take RT40 East from the beltway. The EL-Rich will be on the left and the Rosedale will be on the right.

Some older white guy got a younger black man in his auto. I was going to shoot down Frederick so I crossed through Brunswick. Upon doing so there was a hot BSW on Brunswick, so I pulled into what used to be the used car lot to go back and make the move. She appeared to be in early 20's, 5'8", nice tits and cute ass too. I guess all of this is ok as I was really there to observe and find a couple of future places to park the buggy while the horse is playing. Although given the state of the neighborhood I may stay off of Wilkins and play closer to Washington Blvd or more of the DC scene.
