Zinc at 10 mg per kilogram body weight
Couple years ago my pcp actually scheduled surgery to remove my enlarged prostate. For 6 weeks before the surgery I took zinc at the rate of 10 mg per kilo gram body weight with lots of water to flush it out. Was peeing every 30 minutes and was taking about 400-500 mg per day.
Came back for pre-surgery screening by pcp and he couldn't believe that the prostate had shrunk back to normal size! Canceled the surgery and I've been good to this day, but on a reduced zinc rate about 200-300 mg / day (sometimes only 150-200 mg) but spread out through 3 meals. Better to spread out the doses throughout each meal, beginning, middle and end otherwise you'll get upset stomach.
It works, is natural and allot cheaper than the prescribed medications you purchase. However sometimes it makes me fart more often than not, maybe should switch brand? Scared the heck out of one AMP provider went she walked on my back and the fog horn blew its top! ha ha
I think Hawaii should host APEC every month but in a different location: Waipahu in December, Nanakuli in January, Waianae in February, etc. That way the city and State will come and beautify those areas, repave the roads and clear out the homeless from each place! Oh wait a minute, nevermind. It's only temprary because as soon as the delegates leave, the projects will be forgotten. What was I thinking?
Hawaii Male Medical Clinic
Have any of you guys tried the HMMC? Just curious because I called and talked to some guy who explained to me that the cost of the visit is $190 and implied that the results are guaranteed based on an exam by a physician. The also run some blood tests to determine the dosage of the meds. The results would be an erection within the hour. They would be assigning a prescription for you to take which is good for a year. Not sure if the prescription is a added cost. The package sounds good. He emphasized that it is nothing similar to Viagra or Cialis, etc. They would need info on what medical conditions you have and the meds you are presently taking. Sure curious if anyone has anything to add. The promotional ad is in the daily newspaper. I also checked the website and it indicates that they are a national clinic system. Check the newspaper if you are interested. PM if you have anything to add. Mahalo.
Brittany of UH Women's Volleyball
Being that in the last year, I have left my old job and rekindled my media roots once again, my line of works puts me in the midst of all these beautiful wahine athletes from all these different colleges. It's truly is painful to watch all these statuesque, spandex hunneys jump around the court (in that blue balled sort of way). It makes me wish I has post fuck access to their locker room, bangin' even the ugliest, most gorilla-faced looking one. I'd have Brittany on my mind.
Can you imagine bangin' a girl that hot and that tall from behind? That long, long body of hers moving up and down your shaft, stinky pinky smells and post-court sweat reaming your nose. And those eyes of hers, dang! So wicked and sultry. Know what, I think I'd be happy just licking her dookie hole. What ever color it may be, I'm game.
The land of potatoes sure knows how to manufacture their women.
California Sighting Vollyball shorts

An interesting choice of hero.
Which reminds me of my greatest hero, Mikhail Gorbachev: The leader of the then Soviet Union and the Eastern bloc of nation (the communists) , this dude not only has the humility but the foresight to relinquish his vast power (the most powerful man in the world) , for the good of not only his people but the people of the world, he basically said this way of life "sucks", thus setting a domino effect for most if not all dictatorship to fall in Europe setting the world on a path to peace which could not have been imagined much less seen as little as two years prior. Course now we have a new set of enemies, but still this dude is so underated, but he fricken rocks, all hail Gorby, my hero!
Nice pick Lowlys.
Who's getting paid, not me or you?
Was just watching the news and it is projecting apec will inject 120 million. Into the states economy, it a huge headache but I guess. There a good pay. Off!
Yeah, this APEC is just another dog and pony show, just like Rail. State "invests" $120 million, while APEC wants to make the entire Pacific basin a "free trade" zone. More USA jobs being outsourced overseas. Veterans parade has been canceled in Wahiawa, lost of business revenue because HPD too busy in Waikiki to control traffic. Schofield army police could fill in, but no HPD cops need to get their overtime, hell with the residents and business in Wahiawa.
Just like Rail, city of Honolulu "invests" $5 billion on boondoggle where over 80 percent of Oahu taxpayers will not even ride that obsolete technology that will never eleviate traffic jams and actually cause more disruptions during its projected 10 year building phase. All your taxpayer's money going to into the wrong pockets, the corrupt politicians and their cronies.
