...only to confirm Davey's report on Britney. Stopped to pick her up several nites ago, and recognized after a moment or 2 that she was in fact Teddy's gal Britney who has gotten some positive reviews here in the past.
She does have a nice appearance, young with big boobs, but IMHO she also was several days overdue for a shower or at least a load of laundry as she smelled a little ripe. In short, this one has in my opinion already had her run. She's got all the bad habits that Teddy seems to encourage (i.e., excessive asking prices, lackluster service and rushing) and with the exception of Steph I'd have to say that all his gals (Angie, Britney, and Roxanne included) are merely to be avoided. I did have a great FS session with Steph on Saturday nite, and am glad to report her BBBJ has gotten much better with practice. I guess you could say I "met" Marie tonight along a South Philly street that traverses all the others at an angle. She goes "Fine. Pull over here and we'll get it over with.", as we're driving down the main drag. Figuring we're not far from her destination, I make a turn onto a side street and miraculously find a dark parking spot. She tosses the beer can out the window, and completes her task just as quickly as I'm able to convince my lower muscles to contract spasmodically and repeatedly -- in other words, I couldn't finish fast enough to suit me.
I dropped her near her destination, and as she got out of the car she asked me to wait for her. By this time, the only thing I was inclined to do was hit the gas, so I did, to the accompaniment of her loud protestations that I was a person who routinely has sex with my female parent.
Moral of the story -- if you're in South Philadelphia and see a white girl with medium short brown hair in a black tank top and jeans holding her shirt up around her neck, lock the doors, enjoy the show, and keep moving.

I have been so depress lately with my beloved CH2 closed down that I had to find some release. I had picked up Kelly near Caster and the Bull Car Dealership this past Wednesday afternoon. If they ask or bring up the internet, I tell them that I do not post them on a paid site and make no money from them. Most of the girls are satisfied with that explanation. I also sometimes let them know that I might alter them into joke pictures - switching the head to the head of a celebrity, adding a cartoon body, and etc. I do tell them that this is part of my hobby. Most girls already know what I intend to do with the pictures. Some don't even ask or question me at all, except for how much, where at and what kind.

There was just one occasion where a girl asked not to have her face shown on the internet and I agreed. However, she later changed her mind and said, "I don't care what you do with them." I posted her pictures including her face. I now regret showing her face, because she does not remember giving me permission. I happen to know that this girl had another photo shoot on the same day that we met. The other was for craiglist photos (if you check the craiglist photos with mine you will notice that she is wearing the same dress, jewelry and makeup). She told me about the other photographer and now I believe she has the two of us mixed up in her mind. (This girl and I have met on three separate occasions and twice she did not recognize me.)
For reasons like the above incident, I try to be as straight up as possible without being crude. Crude is not in my nature.
I believe that some guys who view this forum have gone out on the street and told girls that they have seem them on the internet. Why they find this necessary, I do not know? I've been around advertising and film at times in my career, industries that are both very big on the legalities of model releases and talent releases. It's a mindset that still pervades my thinking to a small extent.
Then again, part of my brain is thinking that adhering to the letter of the law under these circumstances might be a bit of a reach.
Another reason I ask is because over the years I've managed to capture a couple of sets of photos of my own, photos which (until I discovered this forum) I'd always assumed would be for me and me alone. Now, though, I'm a little conflicted -- I never specifically mentioned posting them to the girls involved, but at the same time I'd like to post at least one set, since it was taken fairly recently.
Combine that thinking with the last vestiges of my 'model release' mindset, and you can see that I'm probably a candidate for guilt therapy... :)
Your response, though, helps a lot -- not only did you answer my question, but you gave me a little insight into the thinking behind your rationale, which in turn has helped me with MY thinking. My ultimate conclusion is that while I never specifically said that I WOULD post them, I never specifically said that I WOULDN'T, either. Being that the 'modeling' services were bought and paid for, I'm thinking it's probably OK to post 'em.
After all that, I'll probably wind up posting that one recent set early next week, when I've got a little more time to devote to cropping, resizing and writing.

However, I am an amateur and have always been an amateur so I believe I remain free of the legal constraints of the trades. I am not a lawyer. I know that the lawyer types here on the internet can probably come up with a better answer for you.
Like many of the other arguments in the law, I believe it is a matter of intent and expectations. I consider my pictures to be my personal property and intent them to remain mine and give no permission for there use. I do not get compensated in anyway and make no money from my pictures. I consider displaying them on the internet to be much the same as displaying them on my piano or coffee table or on any of the many sites that allow the posting of personal family type pictures. I am sharing these pictures with internet buddies who have similar interest as mine. The girls in my pictures have the reasonable expectation that I will share their picture, in some format, be it a picture album on my coffee table or a cyber album.
As the internet is covered under copyright laws, I am sure that a little web searching would retrieve better information.
I thought maybe you had heard something on the street. There are moral issues to be concerned with. I personally will not post pictures of a girl if she said not too. I will not show a girls’ face is she does not want it shown. There are so many girls who are willing, that I do not have to use those who are not willing. I normally by pass the girls who do not want their pictures taken or only want them taken without their face being shown. Other then that one instance, where I believe there was a miss understanding as to what was finally agreed on, I have maintained my personal moral code. In the year 2007, everyone knows about the internet and what goes on there. Morally I try to keep within my own personal bounds. I don’t want to cause problems now or later for any of these girls. But, which is morally worst, selling their bodies for a sex act or having a nude picture taken. I like to believe that I am on the moral upper level. I have found that their family and friends know what they are doing, the law knows what they are doing and they know what they are doing. So who am I hurting that is not already being hurt? In fact, is anyone actually being hurt?
While we are at it, let me add that the stories I post with the pictures are fantasies and I am not asking or suggestion that others attempt contacting the girls in my pictures for illegal purposes.
