Few girls who work Kensington Avenue keep to any type of a time schedule. Most will keep to a general area, but few stay on a specific corner. The guys who really want to find Ms Mimi will find her because they drive down the avenue and not because of any information I provide.

A pimp by definition is is an agent for prostitutes who collects part of their earnings. As long as you don't collect a fee you can share whatever information you wish.

1. I just had to go back to see what was misleading. I checked each photo carefully and saw nothing misleading. There were some UGHs on the floor and as far as I know it was cold on the Avenue. I then checked the narrative, informative and creative. Ah Ha perhaps here lies the misleading point "You're so big, This may have been stretching the point however how am I to know and prefer not to.

2. The pictures are very welcome. I have missed Cookie's work and remember his arrays of about 30 photos so whatever number goes up (the more the better) is ok with me.

3. Location is nice but absolutely not needed. I'm usually content to be updated on activity, rip offs, great times and know that whatever occurred yesterday and where it may or may not have occurred has little to do with today.

4. Capt. Quickdraw keep up the good work. You're filling an important need.

Now I am not a lawyer either but I do not see anything in the statute that is applicable to posts on a message board. Everything here is just opinion and hearsay. There is no way to prove the veracity of any of the posts here. Shoot even pictures could be masterfully Photo shopped from porono sites, etc.

(1), (2) and (3) in the code would not apply here.

(4) or (5) would be the closest thing to applicable, but how does one prove cause and effect. That the act did in fact occur? That one was directly and intentionally strumming up business for a lady? (I guess this is why being a "shill" is a bad idea?)

As to your concern with (8) - OK, it would be a stretch. How does LE prove that one who posted about a date received a benefit. Your point about what is a benefit is spot on. Me thinks it is defined somewhere in the code and must have a monetary value to it. Thus the state has to show the monetary value of Free advice posted on a message board? If they can do that and there is real value, then the experienced mongers should be selling their info and setting up Mongering Universities!

The one thing you get right is that if LE wants to get you, they will find a way. LE can always charge you and cause you to be outed in the public record. They don't have to convict in many cases, just arrest you. But solicitation is a minor offense, so it does not warrant a lot of LE resources. Oh sure there will be sting operations but those need to collar a large number of offenders to justify the manpower.

Usually I'm fairly cautious, but in this case the risk seems negligible. Perhaps there is another view or experience that would change my opinion? I'd be interested to hear it.
