Kathy...she seems familiar, I think i tried picking her up last year. She smelled like she used Jack Daniels for perfume so i passed. She looks good from a distance.

The lights are there to let you know they are there. They mainly are there for the local riff raff that usually hang around that area.

to add to your post, if le stops you and he discovers the girl is ****...your ass is gonna fry. they gonna take you in and charge you for being with a minor and most likely you will have a felony sex offender charge on your record for life.
thats why i am real cautious when dealing with the chicks that look young. if the girl is over 18, most likely you will get a slap on the wrist from le/courts.

Minors
It's always wrong to date a minor and causes necessary problems for our hobby. The charge you refer to statutory rape. The cops cannot arrest you for this unless they catch you in the act. The cop must also prove that you knowingly had sex with a minor. So if you asked her if she was 18 and she lied then you are not guilty. Proving it in court may be harder. So there is no law against giving a minor a ride.

In most cities the will simply warn you. But you should remain silent. This way it gives the cops less evidence to charge you with.

in most cities the will simply warn you. but you should remain silent. this way it gives the cops less evidence to charge you with.[/quote]in clark county it is also illegal to transport a minor that is unrelated to you without the permission of the parent or legal guardian. this is a law that was passed in the 90's in response to fbi and media attention towards las vegas' large number of **** prostitutes.

you can still get some leniency if the girl will admit to lying about her age to you, but i wouldn't want to risk it.

experience (near 15 yrs before the bar, although in an eastern state) hargow statutory rape is a strict liability crime. it does not matter if you asked her and she gave you fake id, you do a girl ****, you're guilty.

remember traci lords? she was **** when she started her movie career. the actors and producers were not charged because she provided a valid us passport for id showing she was of age. the ausa (assistant us attorney) did not want the embarrassment of explaining that to a jury. they simply got mighty dayum lucky. had the ausa wanted to go forward he likely could have gotten convictions.

i know this conflicts with my first paragraph but your best bet is to avoid anything remotely **** appearing. want to base your future on an embarrassed prosecutor? or a jury's thinking? not me!!!

2. “Sexual penetration” means cunnilingus, fellatio, or any intrusion, however slight, of any part of a person’s body or any object manipulated or inserted by a person into the genital or anal openings of the body of another, including sexual intercourse in its ordinary meaning.

3. “Statutory sexual seduction” means:

(a) Ordinary sexual intercourse, anal intercourse, cunnilingus or fellatio committed by a person 18 years of age or older with a person under the age of 16 years; or

(b) Any other sexual penetration committed by a person 18 years of age or older with a person under the age of 16 years with the intent of arousing, appealing to, or gratifying the lust or passions or sexual desires of either of the persons.

4. “Victim” means a person who is subjected to a sexual assault.

Penalties:

NRS 200.368 Statutory sexual seduction: Penalties. Except under circumstances where a greater penalty is provided in NRS 201.540, a person who commits statutory sexual seduction shall be punished:

1. If he is 21 years of age or older, for a category C felony as provided in NRS 193.130.

2. If he is under the age of 21 years, for a gross misdemeanor.

By all means find an appellate opinion that makes the legal age of consent 16 for prostitution soliciting a minor under 18. At least the legal age is 18, teachers cant play with students under 21 in Nevada.

NRS 201.195 Solicitation of minor to engage in acts constituting crime against nature; penalties.

1. A person who incites, entices or solicits a minor to engage in acts which constitute the infamous crime against nature:

(a) If the minor actually engaged in such acts as a result and:

(1) The minor was less than 14 years of age, is guilty of a category A felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for life with the possibility of parole, with eligibility for parole beginning when a minimum of 10 years has been served.

(2) The minor was 14 years of age or older, is guilty of a category A felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for life with the possibility of parole, with eligibility for parole beginning when a minimum of 5 years has been served.

(b) If the minor did not engage in such acts:

(1) For the first offense, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.

(2) For any subsequent offense, is guilty of a category A felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for life with the possibility of parole, with eligibility for parole beginning when a minimum of 5 years has been served.

The transportation is a law, but they do not really need it with NRS 201.195. It also looks more geared towards "pimps" over other activities. Just having a girl under 18 in your car for prostitution purposes is a gross misdemeanor.

Thing is most states have simular statutes. For pimps in Nevada, its life with the possibility of parole in 10 years. For keeping and transporting a minor for prostitution. So I didn't bother posting it.
