Long ago I challeneged a provider that she wasn't "petite" and she responded with a dictionary definition that refers to a dress size. A spinner is generally not tall and doesn't weigh much, but the defining characteristic is that she is slender and narrow in the hips / ass also. So many false spinner alerts refer to short women who don't weigh much but are not slender and do not have narrow hips / ass. The term originates from the notion that you can spin her around without pulling out. Mongers in Chicago like to talk about how they "saw a spinner" because it sounds cool, but almost all of these are false spinner alerts and there a few spinner providers in Chicago now.
