Decided to give Snow a shot. Service was pretty much the same as usual at VAC, still haven't had a bad experience here. Yes, the initial price is for "basic" service which is cheaper than a mp with basic FS ending. If you want more of GFE experience then yes they will ask for more $. The problem I've had is the language barrier and not understanding each other.
A few weeks ago they had a lady that worked with VegasAsian before. She gave me the same experience as VA but she did ask for a little extra, but not as much as it would've been at VA.
You just have to communicate with the lady.
If you go expecting a GFE experience for the price they advertise, then I can see why you might think rip-off, but I've always been treated well depending on what I wanted to pay.
