You got to love their reasoning: they work for 213 cents per hour plus tips, but they have to tip out the bussers, greeters, bartenders, and others which eats into their take home pay. They figure that they can hang out with a regular patron of the place for say, the equivalent of 50-100 per hour, and that dwarfs what they can make in there. Of course they can command more, but it still beats the waitressing gig. Quite a few gems to be found in there, but be careful how you approach them or it could get you into some trouble. The waitresses I have hung out with introduced me to a few of their friends and it worked out nicely (if roommates, it's all going into the same rent pot anyway). Just wanted to give a shout out to the fellow mongers who have shared info and turned me on to a couple UTR's lately.
