Here's why. When you drive by playing like you were talking to her on the phone, all she has to do is point to the cops and say that's who I'm talking to. The cops can now make a warrantless arrest because they have probable cause to believe that a misdemeanor has been committed in their presence. They then pursue you, pull you over, arrest you, impound your vehicle and confiscate your cell phone. After getting a warrant to search your phone, they find that your texts match the texts on her phone. If there is nothing else incriminating in your vehicle, or if the cops don't plant something incriminating in it, luckily you are just facing a misdemeanor. But the prosecutor has an open and shut case. A good lawyer will charge you about 10 K to handle your case, and that does not include the cost of you buying your vehicle back from the city. You don't have much of a defense either. Arguing that the cops didn't have probable cause to make the warrantless arrest is a tough one to make when you are guilty as hell. The best you could hope for is a favorable plea bargain, assuming you have no priors. But you are still shouldered with a conviction. With no priors, after a year you may be eligible for a diversion. But that is still more attorney fees. Now, do you still think it's funny?

Just wanted to throw out this information for you cats that need some enhancement like myself. You know, you got the fire and the desire but the hardware will not cooperate, right? Discovered recently that Sildenafil, the major component of the blue pill is available in 20 mg tabs at least at two major pharmacies – Kroger and Costco. With my Kroger Plus Card 30 tabs is 25.20. I used to use a product called Alba from overseas which was the bomb – could drink a six pack with a couple of shots of Jameson, take a half of an Alba and be hard as a rock in fifteen minutes. Unfortunately, this product is not available due to confiscation when it enters the USA. Can't wait until the patent for the manufacturer of Viagra expires the end of this year and the market will be very user friendly. In the meantime, check out the info on Sidenafil; I take three at a time and have good results. You'll need a script from your doctor but be specific about the dosage and the amount.
