You search the last 4 and see what you get. Another option is to provide something unique to the ad. Post the link to the ad. Perhaps the name. Post something searchable.

My problem now is that she said she is no longer comfortable with me since I only have one reference and was late. I failed the test I guess.

My best advice to you is to ask Sasha. She is well established and knows many other well established providers. Since she knows your preference she may point you in the direction of what you're looking for. After a couple providers you'll now have a "network". You'll then start to build a name for yourself.

As you've learned different providers have different screening methods. Patience man. Patience.
