There's exceptions to every clue but yes some rates are simply GPS. It's why I liked when they tested out Jisoo before raising her prices. One project I'm working on is Value Ratings with an improved formula. You can just skip the rest of this post if you're not a budget guy of any kind. The new formula rewards S-Tier looks or service with bonus points. Numbers are just a hobby for me, but these are the scores I got:

Nali and Jenny are Triangle Girls, meaning they have good looks, good service, and good price. It's normally impossible to have all three, so we could say it's just 3% to 5% of girls depending on your standards. This is very good for budget guys who want good Value. Value = (Looks + Service ) / Price. Nali has S-Tier Value (anything over 30 Points).

Isabella is an outlier since she is 320hr and has S+ Looks S Service. She actually has a 70% penalty multiplier since she is GFE only. If you were a GFE only guy anyways, she'd score 44.1 Value Rating (i.e. Nali loses some of her edge to GFE only guys). Or put another way, if Isabella had a 137 or higher bb upcharge I'd consider cfs anyways (44.1/30.9 x 320 = 457). Note that Jenny K at 350 hr is similar rating to Lizza at 520 hr for bb guys, when the old system rated Nali and Lizza lower. The new S-Tier bonuses boost the top tier girls (top 4% looks or top 4% service) more in value.

A Value Rating of 26.1 like Jenny K means she is worth 2.61 average kgirls. I've toftt enough to say the average kgirl is borderline C/D Tier and about 35-40 years old. The 2.61 factor means I literally would still pick Jenny K if I knew an average kgirl who was priced higher than 135 (versus Jenny K at 350). In fact, I would not touch an E-Tier girl for free and an F-Tier girl owes me money. I go through extreme measures to avoid duds.

I actually have multiple entries for some girls. For example, Lizza 2024 I listed at A+ Looks, but Lizza 2025 has leveled up to mid S-Tier this tour. This raises her Looks + Service score from 9.7 to 11.0. So she's climbed up the Value Rating list as well.

[B]Unicorn Hunters Don't Care About Value[/B]
I list out MH Juliya to illustrate what 200 bb upcharge does. I liked her and happily repeated her and other girls, because I have the budget to pick girls I like and there aren't any other girls like her. But it is hard to recommend for budget guys. Angel and Daisy are the same, High Standard guys are very satisfied but budget guys will scratch their heads. So to use another example, if Nakamura aka Baby Minami were 200 bb I'd still see her myself but I'd hesitate a lot to recommend her to many guys. Nakamura is also a unicorn, there's simply no other jgirl in town like her. You could say we don't care about Value when it comes to unicorns since there's no other choice. But that depends on if you hunt for that type of unicorn. A different guy might consider Daisy a unicorn but not Nakamura, while a jgirl hunter might consider Nakamura a unicorn but not Daisy. These are the exceptions to Value Ratings. [B]Value Ratings don't matter when you want a specific girl at any cost, so to speak[/B].

I also list out a C- / C- Latina (GFE only). She was good for variety and representative of the exact average girl. It helped that she was cheap at 300 hr. If I need variety, sure I'll toftt on a random Latina. I'll even do it to see a MILF. But I'm rarely in that mood, if only because mid girls are not good value. I'm not even talking duds (D-Tier or E-Tier), and I actually had a fun time. But Jenny K is worth 2.6x mid girls. That's what it's really about - I have way better alternatives when I use intel.

[B]Mid girls are good when they are cheap, close by, and available right now when you happen to be in the mood.[/B] One reason "better" girls sometimes are hard to pick is if they are in a difficult location or a whole city over. Mid girls (C- Rating) are not necessarily bad and have their place. They are definitely good for variety too.

I list out a D / D dud who has neither looks nor service. This is a bottom 25% girl, and 340 bb special doesn't cut it for me. It is a 6-7 Value Rating, meaning below average value. I can still have fun, but this is not my target. Note with the E-Tier girl, I don't care about her service. You could say I have minimum standards of D-Tier, anything below is a true dealbreaker for me. I don't care how good her skills or service are below a certain level of looks. FA Maki was an example of D-Tier Looks S-Tier service, she was a true pro and I'd actually repeat her. So the cutoff for me is pretty clear on MILF service queens.

This is actually true for Service minimum too. An S-Tier Looks girl has to have at least D-Tier service, and if an S-Tier girl has E-Tier service I won't see her. I had to cut off strippers like this who were crazy and not worth the stress of seeing so to speak. Only 3 kgirls have ever tried to give me E-Tier service, which was basically hostile service. I'll just note that 3 of the 3 had multiple reports of identical problems, so it wasn't just me. In one case it was very clearly paranoia from schizophrenia, she couldn't help it so I spent 10 minutes calming her down and then she became almost normal.

I feel sorry for budget guys, so to them I imagine a 10 Point mid girl is something they really want to avoid. They're trying to have fun once a month. Of course, it needs to be said some guys just love variety and may even prefer MILFs, in which case going in blind isn't a problem. Such a guy isn't as picky as me, so S-Tier isn't that special to them it's just a nice bonus. I used to be the same way - almost every kgirl was a good time so I went in blind always. 15 years later though, I'm a lot pickier.
