Verdict.
She is a nice lady and her massage and HJ felt nice. I just don't like this 160 business for 45 minutes and sometimes even less. Seems like the game is how high can I upsell and how little time can I give for it? The last two times I went there (before covid), they were doing one 30 minutes. Like the concept of saying no thanks and walking away if the up-sell is too much. There has been talk that $. 2 should be the "standard" for a good massage, no shorting on time and a basic HE. Easier said than done, but we need to stick together and push back at the greedy, up-selling Thai Providers.

I received the full hour.
She gave a very good massage from my experiences of Thai massage.
I requested she walk on back for about half hour and then for about 15 min she grinded it up with her elbows and forearm.
Last 15 min she asked me to flip no tease prior either. But, on the flip she had the sheet draped over me then casually slid it to one side exposing junior.
She did light caressing up and down one leg then the other for about a minute and right away grabbed junior and asked "massage?" while wiggling him.
Not the best HE. I'd say about a 7, but enthusiastic attitude.
She would not allow roaming. Soon as I mentioned if I could rub her okole, she pulled away and moved to the end of the table not skipping a stroke.
No peek of the goods. Not worth the experience. I did enjoy the massage, however.
I would not repeat if I was looking for HE. Just for the massage.
She tried to upsell for $.60 but I declined it and she asked "how much then?

And I keep extra money separate from the 120/140 for in case other special services are available of if they did a really good job. If they ask for house fee up front, I take it from the 120/140 stash. That way, when they upsell, I tell them I brought 120/140. If they upsell, I am not going for BJ or FS. Never had one turn down a reasonable 120/140. Especially since most short on time too.
I personally think 120/ hr is a pretty decent income. Five appointments a day, five days a week is $12,000/ mo. Granted, house fee may go elsewhere. But still.

From the looks, kinda old and a little thicker but not fat. Haven't seen this provider since pandemic started but she's alright. Repeated a few times for standard rates. She's okay to go beyond HE. Prior to covid I thought the place (house) was legit cause I would get massage for 50 with no mention of extras.
But the girls would tease jr. And sometimes get BBFS or BBBJ and always say I have to promise to be quiet when was pounding. Other times was just a massage.
One time I mentioned to the girl (a girl I had BBFS with before) if can get extras and she got really upset and denied that extras was available there.
