I have tons of first hand experience with her. I look for others because I like variety but any time I just need to get off she's my go to.
I've known her for a long time so she usually comes over to me as soon as she sees me but I think in general you need to be a little more aggressive and go get her if you want her attention. She can be a little scatter brained and absolutely will lose track of time and talk all night if you let her.

I had the same question. I tried going to Gatsby's North during the rain. I started to pull into the parking lot but backed up and turned around when I saw the lot filling up with water.
