DTF is one thing but if she's an immediate go then she's a pro. Shay (Hyde Park, Quincy, Walpole) is absolutely insane. Aggressively insane. She's on seeking now and just because I didn't immediately jump to come see her yesterday, she blocked me. She also discusses money and deposits directly on the site, which she insists on. Even though I've seen her MANY times (at least once in each of those locations). Just absolutely unpleasant and totally crazy.

Not a pro, although I agree there is a slight vibe of that. I met her about a year ago. A public meet and greet followed by a bit of private time. She was really nervous when we met which tells me likely not professional. Pictures are fairly accurate. I never followed up because I need zero drama and I was not sure on that. Perhaps it was the nervousness. She seemed like a nice person with cash flow issues, but as I say she might be a bit to handle.
