Since I was there to partake in things that society considers improper. My first thought was "this could be LE, taking a wild swing" of course followed by "my first mfff, don't just walk, say something"! I think the solution is rather obvious. If the ad says no FS and that's what you are looking for, then see someone that does it and has good reviews. If they misrepresent, get up and walk out and tell them you will make it known that they are dishonest and misrepresent themselves. If their business dries up, they will change their service or move on. They will treat people how they allow them to treat them.

That said, some of the best providers I've seen in my life were Thai. It is always best to stay away from generalizations and focus on specifics.
