Cut through around midnight last night. Saw 2 WSW out but they did not look good. BPD by Sunoco and in Mcdonalds lot. BTW McDonalds has been renovated and is now open again. Also, saw one BPD cruiser with lights flashing moving anyone standing around as he drove down the bike lane.
