They have recently changed owners. New owners did not honor previous owners policy of 10 visits, no house fee on next visit. I happened to catch the switchover when I was due my no house fee. It was fun there for a while, but as I told the new mamasan, I won't be coming back. With new ownership at the minimum you should continue the policy or previous owners. It is far easier to keep an existing customer, than to find a new one.
