So in reading the affidavits, it looks like Tracy was picked up on trumped up charges in an attempt to make her testify against the ringleader she was buying from. A couple of key points:
1) The did NOT have a warrant to tap her phone and they were not doing so. They had a warrant on their chief targets and she became a part of the record when she contacted the "ringleaders" number. If you contacted Tracy directly, that was not part of the intercept and they don't have an admissible record of that.
2) She attempted to buy a small quantity of coke (1 gm) from the dealer and the entire case is built around the conversations in the tap that show she did in fact drive out to a convenience store to buy a gram of coke but got some meth because the dealer was out of coke. Problem is, that's it. They charged her with solicitation to sell meth and coke but there is nothing in the affidavit saying ANYTHING about what she did after she came in to possession of it. 1 g is certainly an amount an individual could consume but the State is apparently going to make the case that nobody could consumes a gram of coke or meth on their own so she must be dealing it. Or, they trumped the charge up to get her to testify and she can plea out in return for a guaranteed testimony if they need it.
Nobody is an angel. And I have never used meth or coke in my life. But if you think the system plays fair when they decide to come after you, you need to think again. If the cops show up, shut your mouth. Don't answer ANY question. Not even your name. Just ask for an attorney and let them handle it.

I talked to my doctor and he switched me to an ARB (angiotensin receptor blocker) and that took care of that problem. The other problem I have is getting distracted by something that kills the mood. First off I'm on an Imac, I get no warnings. With this pop-up, or maybe just not yet. There seems to be nowhere to close it out, it's just a small one an inch or so down from the top on the right side, on my screen, but when I roll my cursor over it another pop-up comes up just below it and there is a spot to close it out on that one. So I click the X and both windows disappear. Seems they can keep adding ads and stuff without a problem, but can't seem to get the searches to do a 3 letter / name search.
