Reverse image searches and googling phone numbers will save you a lot of time and effort. There may be / are plugins for your browsers to make life easier. Tineye has always been hit or miss for me, but YMMV. I've had pretty good results with Yandex. Google Images is mailing it in, so it's not worth a bucket of warm snail spit.
