For rich hobbyists the hotel outcall is the way to go.
LE does not do stings on hobbyist outcalls which would be a problem in arresting someone if there are no exigent circumstances and no pre issued warrant (cannot enter or search a hotel room absent consent, hot pursuit of a fleeing felon, or exigent circumstances. I. e. Kidnapping) in a room they are the occupants / renters of.
I would recommend just go to a hotel that doesn't need credit cards (can easily be ascertained by where providers stay) and or lure the provider out of the hotel room promising to get more money from an atm or your car and then once she is out of the room run back in and lock the door. Then the hotel will remove the provider without any problems.
The method though does add considerable expense sometimes doubling the rates that one can get from incall.
