Took a cruise thru town yestrday afternoon and wasted 3 hrs and 1/4 tank of gas, again. Saw a couple uncles out on main and the side streets but 3, 5, x seemed clear. Spent most of my time on the east side, and even tried Troy / Valley area, all with no sucess. Finally ran into an older blonde on an alley way off main. Here is where I got lucky, I had out-of-state plates and I have an out-of-state license. On the passenger seat I had a map laid out. I said, I had just left a friends house, and was lost. I was parked, looking at the map trying to figure out my best route to 75N.
Really, at 430am? Yup I wanted to get on the road early, cause I have a long interstate drive. LE gave me directions. Wished me well. I got the hell out of there.

Only good thing that came out of this whole episode, gas was $2. 68 per gallon: Cheapest I have found anywhere in Dayton.

The second cop was really likely the first one who just decided to turn around and check you out. Only problem is giving too much detailed info on here helps leo put a name with the face / profile. They keep records of traffic stops even if you are parked. They make a contact report (name, license plate, reason for stop, etc) even if they do not ticket or arrest you. Don't make it easy for them to post the puzzle pieces together. Now Ritzi, she was probably at an all night dope house and left her phone laying somewhere or let someone use it and some dope boy happened to return the missed call. She might have been in the back room with another dope boy "earning" some more drugs, money or whatever during the times she was supposed to be meeting you. As far as your other post about 3rd and Smithville, there is no gas station there so do you mean the Shell down the road on 3rd or the two stations by Smithville and Huffman.
