I've reported before that I've seen activity in that area and also along valley view near the adult bookstore north of desert inn. That area is low income and has a very large illegal hispanic migrant community. most of the activity is late in the afternoon when the men get off of their construction jobs around 2pm.

I was thinking the same thing Muggs and Hargow20, but this spot is located on private property where LE cannot access. I wont get into details on its location.
