STL is just a very conservative, town, an oppressive level of LE attention and a relatively shallow pool of talent. That, BTW, isn't uncommon through much of the midwest. I bet guys in Milwaukee, Columbus, OH and anywhere outside of Chicago would say the same thing.

I have noticed that BP providers raise their prices when they visit St. Louis. Has anybody else notice this?
