I am so glad you took some of my suggestions for the organization (by stroll <in this case the K>, by year and with ratings), but it is one thing to merely make suggestions and quite another to do all the work necessary to make it come true. When I go down to the Ave I usually make a whole day of it, take in all the sights, have a few meals, sometimes even stop for a few drinks, and pace myself with 3 to 5 SW dates (one of these days 6 or 7).

I was at the Carlysle on Sunday and no problems, but did have an incident

Unless one gets a really good digital camera, you're stuck with one that you'll have to use the flash and suck more power from the batteries or use the camera's auto mode which averages all of the light. Thus dimmer pics.

As always, you provide the most thorough reports--allowing us other mongers to make good selections in our trips to the K. I have been down there about 3 or 4 times since my last post, but just haven't had the time to post.
I just wanted to confirm with great certainty that "Amanda" is definitely Teddy's girl Krista--I recognize the tat on her lower back and can dig up pictures from another site to verify that it is her. RECENT STREET UPDATES:

Your editing of your favorite pic among those I took of Michelle clearly is much better than the washout I get with a closeup using a flash. These rooms usually have very little light even in the day and when there is bright sunlight outdoors (I usually can't even see the SW through the lens; I have to guess), so the only solution to that without a flash would be to stop down to say f/2.8 or even f/2.0 and hold the camera very steady. Would a digital camera in the $100-$150 range have f-stop adjustment like that?
Second question: what exactly did you do to my photo to reduce the washout look?

I place high priority on the "drop off" being quick and without incident. To avoid any negative issues such as a provider freaking out over her money, I make sure that before we get close to the drop off location, I have asked the girl if she's got her money and if we are "straight." Thanks to all who gave me some tips. I downloaded a free graphics program called "ImageForge" and it has some very nice features. One of them is brightness control that allows you to dim some or all of the colors. This seems to help reduce considerably the washed out look of close ups taken with a flash. While editing my photos will result in a time delay from the time I take them to the time I post them, I think the improved quality should be well worth it and appreciated by all.
