I don't like to go much later as the area surrounding can get a bit seedy after hours and there's more police patrol, plenty of times I turn onto the roundabout and a cop comes from another side so I ride the loop and get off on a different road, driving down a bit and then turning around.

Now you've got to request a lineup and may or may not get one depending on various factors.
