My first time AMP and first time at Pine Spa in Libertyville. After researching this thread and a few others, decided to give it a try. Outside looked a little run down, but was surprised that it was nice and clean inside. Mamasan met at door and showed me to a room. Room was neat and clean. Ginney met me and said it was. 8. Had a shower. Room was clean and scrubed from head to toe. Asked me if I had been there before, and I said "long time ago" but that was a little fibbing on my part. Didn't want to get the newbie treatment. Then I was parked in the sauna for 10 minutes or so. Ginney returned to take me back to room. Gave me a nice 40 minute or so deep Tissue massage. Nice Asain music in the background. Technique was pretty OK. Then the flip and made quick work of the top side. She gave me some advise I had been drinking to much milk.
Gave a. 4 tip and said I would be back. Saw a cute yourger, skinny massage therapists in the hallway on way out. Hope to see her also in future but did not get name. All-in-all was a good time.

I'm not sure I agree with you on it being lack of evidence. When they run a sting all they have to prove is that you agreed to either pay for or accept payment for a sex act depending on whether they are charging the customer or the provider. If they can prove that they have you dead bang (no pun intended). Also they don't need audio or video recordings, the sworn testimony of a LEO is sufficient to prove the charges in court. When it comes down to your word against theirs they win every time. I don't have any inside knowledge of the case, but my guess would be there was a procedural error and the DA decided to drop the case instead of having it exposed by the defense in court. I have seen that happen in several AMP cases. As an elected official the DA is usually pretty reluctant to try a case that could go against him and harm his reputation.
Previously I had tried both Mich's and Cozy with less than stellar results. I knew from previous posts both of these places were hit or miss, so I made the decision to stick with Pine if I went to any of the local places. Due to some recent developments at the office, I ended up working 12 plus hours a day for about 10 days straight. Needless to say when it was over I needed a massage. Since I had just got off work and didn't feel like a long drive I decided to stop by Pine for a bit of relaxation. I made it there about 20 minutes before closing time, but was still turned away. As I was driving home considering other options I decided to give Cozy another try. Long story short, I got a decent massage and a standard ending for the area. Not bad, but nothing special either. Both of the ladies I have seen there were very business like while giving the massage which to me is a bit of a turn off. In my opinion Pine is still the better bet. Same price, much more consistant and the girls at Pine seem to be more playful.
Hard to get anything at Mich's .. Pine is the best, but its kind of a high traffic area and Im worried about bumping into someone I know... Cozy...never got shot down here, but the girls are not good looking like pine....They do have parking and a rear entrance at cozy... Pine is still the best in the area..

I would agree that Pine is the best option in the area. I stopped by last week and got the usual service for the standard price. Besides the limited menu, my only complaint is there seems to be no rotation of girls there. I have seen the same faces over the last 2 years that I have been going there.

I got to Libertyville too late for Pine but had the itch pretty bad so I stooped way too low and tried Cozy. Figured I'd at least get the itch scratched a little. Nope. Kept getting "you sure you been here before?" Next time I'll just take an Ambien and sleep it off. What a waste!

The problem that Pine has is they always close at one hour before 9:30 pm. Saturday closes around.

Went to Pine the other day (first time in a long while). Got there after dinner and paid.8 door fee. Was led to a room by an older (50+) lady who was cleaning. I did not have any choice of ladies, but was assisted by Lea (pronounced "lee"). She gave a very good table shower and made sure the boys were as clean as every other part of my body. Then I spent about 5 minutes of alone time in the sauna. Which was very relaxing, I must admit. Then Lea led me to the room for the massage. Her massage was good (not too hard, which is what I like) and she was friendly and talkative. She massaged my butt and her hands "slipped" underneath and said Hello, to my boys. She then paid a lot of attention to them and got me to stand at attention in a jiffy. She rolled me over and proceeded to shake my hand. She willingly undid her top and allowed me to peek at her cat. The cat was in desparate need of a trim, but beggars can't be choosers. I was allowed to gently pet her cat and my hands roamed freely upstairs. Then she proceeded to finish my massage with great respect for Stalin and Lenin. All in all it was a good session. Perhaps a bit too quick, but for.8 at the door and.4 tip, a good time was had by all. She did say if I come back there will be more options on the menu. I have never received anything other than a handshake and some Russian lessons there, so I am a bit skeptical about there being more. We shall see.

I stopped by Pine for the first time in quite awhile the other day. I ended up with a lady that I have seen before, but can't remember her name to save my life. She is the one with the butterfly tattoo on her right shoulder for those familiar with the place. I also saw a lady that was new to me but since I haven't been there in months that doesn't necesarily mean she is new. The service and price were the same as always.

Since no one was there who would still recognize me, I got the "You been here before?" treatment over and over. But once I made my intentions clear, it was smooth sailing. The only thing I don't like about this place is the ceilings. The walls don't go all the way up, instead their covered with a cheap wooden grid which is lousy at keeping out the sound.
On the way out, Angie made it clear that I should come back and ask about the other girls. "3, 3 girls. 1. 2. 3." She made clear on the way out. Nice of her to push some business the other girls way.

I was in need of a rubdown so stopped by Cozy. Had the rare experience of getting shot down for extras. Massage was good and unrushed, even if it was a bit incomplete. From the recent reviews, this wasn't a big surprise anyway. I did actually go for the massage this time.
The woman was a typical Chicago AMP worker (probably has a hot daughter). Saw another worker on the way out who fit the same AMP profile.
One nice thing about this place is that the massage table seemed to be heated. It can be hard to relax when you're shivering in a cold room.
I used to see Tina once a month a year ago.
Went to Pine today and Mamasan said Tina has been gone long time ago.

During 3min TS, rough, fast, throwing water, didn't wash Boys. Massage was maybe 30min, light even after asking for more pressure. She was not into it at all. I was polite, tried to start convo, nothing.

I don't think anyone has ever reported a positive experience there. The best option in this area is, and always has been, Pine. Stick with Pine in this area anyway. Even Cozy hasn't been consistent.
Is there anyone out there that had been to, I think it was called Suzies Blue Moon bar in Gages Lake. It was on rt 45 north of Mundelein. Its closed now.
Does anyone know if she bought another bar or bar tends somewhere else.

The two women I had didn't get topless or anything. Do I put a tip on the nightstand before she comes in? Do I stand there completley ass naked? I've spent $160 there and haven't had any fun after my massage.

As you are getting the massage start feeling the the massueses legs and rear. On the flip keep roaming up to the chest area and she usually just drops the top.

Dude, first off .80 is way to much to tip for a HR and that is all you are likely to ever get at Pine. I have never spent more than .60 there and that was for outstanding, way above the call of duty service. The norm is .40. What the therapist is willing to do beyond just the basic tug session varies from individual to individual and from what I have seen has little to do with how much you tip. They will accept every cent you offer, but the sad fact is the service is usually pretty much the same regardless. Some drop the clothes automatically, some will if you ask, and others just pull up the shirt or let you reach under. Like was mentioned before, don't be afraid to show them what you are there for by touching them. The customer making the first move goes a long way in breaking the ice, especially if they don't know you. Getting completely naked and being relaxed are essential. If you are reluctant or nervous you are going to raise all sorts of red flags and they are likely to go into "careful mode". If all else fails ask for what you want. The worse thing that can happen is she says no. If she refuses or demands some ridiculous tip in return be willing to walk. That can be a hard thing to do once things go so far. The up side is very few girls will let you walk. In their mind some money is better than no money.. They don't get very much of the door fee, so the tips are their bread and butter. If they don't get a tip their time for the session is pretty much wasted. I would say 9 out of 10 AMP girls will cave in if you get up and start getting dressed to leave.
Went to Pine recently. I am a sucker for the table shower...it's a nice warm-up before the massage. Had Mia. Massage was good and everyone left happy. This was especially good since I struck out on a planned encounter (see post in Lombard). Tipped Mia .4 and will repeat.

I've given up on those Libertyville AMPs since they never seem to get new talent and the ladies are older than we think. Agree its relaxing but I've found an EMP location in Buffalo Grove which I can get a little better service for a little less money. Minus the table shower though.

I agree with Big Log. The EMP's are a lot better than the AMP's. The only thing the AMP's have going is the table shower. Many years ago there were a couple of great AMP's that had younger woman who gave much better service at reasonable rates. Those days are long gone! Now they have older woman that are average (at best) in appearance and who upsell a lot. The Euro places have a pretty good selecrtion of younger, attractive woman who give a decent massage and usually don't rush like the AMP's do. Of course YMMV but there are a few who will go beyond HE with customers they are comfortable with. I also like that the EMP's tend to be more discreet than the AMP's since they are usually in office buildings rather than strip malls.
I think this is a matter of experience.
