But ABE has advertised to "come to the clubhouse" and lists thirt location as" old Louisville" and the pics they post are obviously in one of the vivtorian houses that are all over old Louisville. I think they may be an exception to the rule.

In other words, if a lady advertises that she provides massages but doesn't have a license on file, that is low hanging fruit for the police to go after for operating without a license. If she does have a license, the police have to go to the trouble of proving prostitution.

There is also an ordinance on the books in Jefferson county that requires all
escorts to have an escort license.

So, even if the lady shows up at the door for the appointment and does
nothing else she can popped for not having a license.

Even if they are disappointed and don't come back, there will always be new guys calling for her.

Did you see her at the ABE location on third street? How does it look now? I know they have done quite a bit of restoration work on the house.
