I made a daytrip up to Atlanta and hit all their K-agencies. I had an incredible time if you're interested the more detailed reviewed is on Atlanta agency board. While up there I did confirm with the agency that was planning to open a location in Orlando still intends to do so.
Once that agency opens prepare to have your world rocked. My trip ti Atlanta still confirms that even Meiji doesn't meet K agency level. Airi and Yume came very close but K agencies just hit different.

Some of the best experiences I have ever had in the hobby and my visit to the KORGs in Atlanta reaffirms those feelings.
Anyway the one in Jacksonville was called bunnyfactory. Originally they intended to reopen in Orlando under the same name but I'm not sure if they intend to use the same name at this time.
As far as your questions about the particulars it is nothing like PB Club. They will exclusively bring girls to Orlando and you are always meeting in a very nice fully furnished condo or APT. No hotels and no houses that have nothing in them.
