It is very informative. It confirms the five citations issued back on 12/15/2021 at VIP in Spring Valley. What is missing is any data on any subsequent citations or arrests at that location, which has led me to question was there a second "bust" as many have reported.

Because of the lack of a second incident I have felt that the heat may have gotten to be too much and they bailed to another jurisdiction.

These guys have no idea what they're talking about. LE only paid them one visit back in December. VIP is temporarily closed, and the future is uncertain for numerous reasons that I'm not about to discuss on the internet. My very good friend is one of the owners of VIP and I know everything that is going on with them and everything that has ever happened to them. I will provide an update when and if one becomes available.

Seems strange after purchasing the place 4 months ago they would all of the sudden want to sell it. Maybe Muffman can weigh in and explain. Place gets 15+ customers each day at $60 a head. Conservative estimate they make 30 k per month. Why sell it for 80 k?

After being closed for about 2 months, and contemplating what they wanted to do, they decided it's best to sell and move on. Sadly, after all the bullshit some of you guys put them through (you know who you are) it just isn't worth the trouble to continue to operate in San Diego. It's the mongers loss really. A few idiots ruined one of, if not THE best thing in town for the rest of us. Thanks a lot.

We get NLBC which is a great place. NLBC aka VIP#2 is so much safer, cleaner, and has much better security. Def a higher class version of the SV location.

Mina, Lisa and CiCi. Also another girl Yoona. Lisa is not as active as she has some stuff to attend to but still there. You already know about the other two. Was driving down Campo Rd. Saturday afternoon and decided to pull into the parking lot in front of the former VIP1. I parked near the bakery and walked back toward the spa. The large "Massage" sign is still above the window, but there is no reference to "VIP". I noticed a camera mounted high on the building above the spa.

There was a cardboard sign on the door saying "Under remodel. Open in 3 days ".

As I was getting back into my car, an attractive young Asian lady came out of the spa. She retrieved some items from an SUV parked in front and went back inside. I don't know who she was. The only VIP / NLBC lady I've ever seen was Pink, and it wasn't her.

The past owners have moved on apparently. But if you say there's a new attractive girl, it could be worth TOFTT.

Well it sold in 2 days LOL. From what I understand, the new owners also own a spa in La Mesa (no idea which one, that's just what I heard). If you're looking for the amazing ladies of VIP past (well some of them anyway), NLBC is where it's at.
