You're absolutely right, I probably did overpay by $20 in each case. But in both cases what I paid seemed to be the proper amount to pay. Let me add some info that I left out of my previous post:
For the Sun Spa, I had actually left only $100 out as the tip on the table at the beginning of the massage, as that is what I had paid in past visits to AMPs in DC. When the regular massage was finished and the soft, sexy part was starting, the masseuse Cindy pointed to the $100 bill on the table and said quietly "you want blow job, right?" to which I replied that I wanted everything. She made a rubbing motion with her fingers, so I got up, took $20 from my wallet and added it to the $100 on the table. In retrospect, I probably should have bargained with her to do everything for $100, but at that point my brain wasn't working. Sorry.
For ICM, my posting indicated that I went there first. Actually, I was in the building to go to Sun Spa on the 3rd floor, but to get to the 3rd floor you have to literally walk through part of ICM to get there. I had not been a paying customer at ICM since late 2000, once the original gang of hot co-eds from 1999 (Julia, Erica, etc.) had left and were replaced by some frigid eastern europeans who rated only 3/4 on a scale of 10. Then I had read about ICM changing its method of doing business, so I never went back after a wasted visit in February 2001 (where I walked in and out without staying). I'm actually not sure about the tipping protocol at ICM. You're right that $120 for just a HJ seems like a lot. And the other non-SW alternatives in DC seem even more expensive, based on what I read in the ads in City Paper. These places are both right next to the "Sign of the Whale" restaurant at 1825 M Street, NW, one block west of 18th & Connecticut, NW, the same side of the street as two gentlemen's strip clubs, Joanna's and Camelot. There's a shish kebab restaurant on the first floor, then ICM is on the 2nd floor and Sun on the 3rd floor. Take the Metro RED line to either the "Farragut North" stop and walk a couple of blocks, or the "Dupont Circle" stop (don't take the Q Street exit, take the other exit) and walk south a couple of blocks. You could also get off at the "Farragut West" stop on the Blue/Orange line and walk up 18th Street for 3 blocks. Or take a Connecticut Avenue bus and get off at M Street and walk down the block. You could also drive and hopefully find curbside parking on M Street or 19th street.
VERY SAFE neighborhood, in an area where there are a lot of tourists and local professionals, also a lot of restaurants and bars (the bar "Rumours" is a hot meat market on Thursday evenings - you younger guys could probably get laid for free here). The strip clubs are upscale gentlemen's clubs frequented by professionals (lawyers, lobbyists, politicians, etc.) wearing suits. Good luck!

Spearsman, you are so correct when you say american girls are more expensive. Sounds like ICM gave you what you were looking for and in that case, you have to be happy. Their "house fee" is high. Just like that Latino place on Florida St that I see advertised. But when you call them (the latino place) they say it is $75. Much less than their website states. Rkosonom, your tipping scale seems to be about right. I automatically lay down $100. If they start that rubbing their fingers together crap, I show my displeasure and they normally come off it. That is very unusual for an AMP in this area however. Did run into that in Dayton however. $100 is pretty standard in this area. They rarely refuse it. I give anywhere from $20 to $40 for a HJ. There is still plenty of action on the streets of DC. They seem to move to different locations alot.
