here are my proposals:
1- encourage mobile brothel ( not centrally operated) where you call order for service and received it in a specified location. Screening and verification up to the opreator
2- identify best service giing SW and encourage us to regularly nail them to make them improve their financial situation and stimulated other girls to get into the business. Regularly nailing them is a win-win situation:
a) the girl get regular money to supplement her low income, don't have to stay out for extented time facing weather & LE, make more money if her services are that good
b) the customer zeroes in the the best girls quickly & safely from LE eyes, cheaper sex since he may be buying during off-peak period and could make weekly arrangement, better spent money
c) the city and LE get less complaints from neighboors and can focus resources on more important things
Who is loosing: crakheads, bad service providers and those who don't use this board. Side effect: massage parlors, dancers, and escorts will lower their price due to a lack of business.
P.S. we can still cruise to spot new talents. Please understand that we are in better position to influence the market than SWs are since we are the one paying. We can create artificial price decrease whenever we want if we unite and concertate. Remember SWs d that for the money (making up for insufficient income) they cannot wait but we can (jerking off) up to the time we lower the price to waht we all want. The best thing to do is to ask them for price, say it's too expensive and propose a price we agreed here in this forum. Since there is no fixed reference for this type of service, when a SW face that ten or twenty times in a nite, she will surely lower the prices. You got it who said that men shoud be overpaying SWs? this not a business to get rich at but just to a better life.

Friday night around Morgan area
I start to see the working pattern of the SWs around this area. While cruising I would spot some chics walking quickly thru the Porter but glancing here and there for johns. they don't like to stand at one fixed point in case po pos come onto them. Manny I was a New Yorker just like you and I have to say meeting women in New York is a pain in the fucken ass.
