Does your source for vitamins also supply antibiotics? I'd be interested in picking up some meds and keep it just in case. Zithromax would be good but also regular throat / upper respiratory meds like amoxicillin. Let me know. Thanks.
Normally I don't have that but I sent you a PM we can figure it out. Aloha.

Braddahs,
Any of you guys over 50+ still work out / lift weights? I understand a healthy sex life helps longevity (it's my pleasure, trust me LOL) but I'm asking for advice / personal stories:
What motivates you to lift? Any cardio? I can't bring myself to get my fat ass off the couch and pump iron. So mentally tired sometimes I just want to relax and drink. My knees getting bad too. Any helpful positive information appreciated!
Aloha.

I'm not quite 50 but working out is just as hard to do in your mid 40's. Motivation is a personal thing and will be different for everyone. I was tired of being fat and tired all the time so I changed my entire lifestyle (you can't change one aspect without changing every aspect). I was like you, by the time I got home I was tired and just wanted to chill. So I started going first thing in the morning, which works well with my schedule. I lift 3 days and run 2 days and I can say it worked for me. Lost 40 lbs, can see my abs and my energy level went through the roof. The first few weeks were hard, but once you get into the routine, it gets easier. Just my take.
Yup I'm in the same boat, a little younger but have injuries that are already plaguing me. What motivates me is I'm looking in the mirror and I'm not liking what I'm seeing and my pants not fitting because of my fat ass LOL. So started P90 x again, I did a round 6-7 years ago and had awesome results. I found out now I can't really do the cardio portion (the part that makes you really sweat) because knee and groin pains. I'm not getting the same results and have been doing it for 2 months. I am getting stronger and starting to look better but the fat loss is not really happening like it should. So this week I switched it up started Body Beast and I'm definitely sweating way more than I do in P90 x because the workout is designed to burn fat as you lift. I am taking a shit load of supplements so I'm covered there. I do know that if you have a committed (to exercise LOL) workout partner it makes it easier because you won't let the other person drop out and constantly push each other. I tried asking my friends, there all to lazy ass to want to commit to exercising. SOLO YOLO.

A2 has transformed his body this year. As a young man I was pretty athletic. As a middle aged man I turned into a fat fucking tub of lard. I can't say enough about 4 hour body. Sane, reasonable, simple, effective. There's nothing faddy about it. Less carbs, more protein and veg, simple exercise. Best part for me is you really can eat a lot on this thing. Took a week to adjust to it, kind of spinny head, but once my body figured out I was running on coal (complex carbs) instead of high octane gas (simple carbs) it figured it out and then I felt tons better.
Sex is way better without a big belly.

Exercise I go in three month periods to eliminate boredom. Started with a mix of light weights, and moderate cardio. Then went to once a week weights with much more cardio. Just finishing 3 months of heavy weight no cardio, next three is back to heavy once a week https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVhhbC51_3k and then two HIIT aerobic and one long steady state to burn off the rest of the belly.
A2.

The past 20 yrs I have a workout routine of pumping iron 3 x a week. Walking up and down steps every day. Worsening of my hips have caused me to adapt my training. I now sit in tub and row with arms, still pump iron-but use less weight. When the ladies at the AMPs appear startled at my age and my condition I feel it is worth the effort. It is easier to stay in shape than get in shape. The way I love to eat, I could easily be a100 lbs overweight. There are other reasons for staying fit. Diabetes makes me workout-I don't want to lose my toes or legs. Exercise is good for my mental health-a big plus. About sex-of course my stamina is increased. Multiple positions are fine with me-unless hips cry out in pain. Women seem to like when you can pick them up and walk them while your hard-on is deep inside them. It really helps to be in shape when doing a 2-girl with women who are active. Being in shape allows me to hit the AMPs sometimes 3 or 4 times a day when I am in Hawaii. So get fit guys the ladies will appreciate you more and your body will thank you. One thing more; I do a lot of stretching and meditation.
I think anything that involves some kind of running or jumping will eventually lead to joint and ligament pain. I can attest I ran for 23 years and have pain all through my legs even after 3 years of not running. Now weight lifting that's easy on your joints, that just targets muscles is an excellent way to keep your youth and vigor. I've seen guys lifting into there 70's and still looking like fit 40-50 yo body wise. I do like crossfit but think some of the exercises can have an impact on joints and ligaments. Yoga and Tai Chi are good to but when your aging you start looking gaunt. So maybe a mix of weights & yoga, hard & soft, yin & yang you get the picture.

You're my new idol, braddah bythebook. I got fatigued just reading your post!

I totally agree, maintaining is a lot easier than losing. Build it in your routine and it will pay huge dividends down the road. I'm in better shape now than ever before I wonder why it took me so long. My hats off to you brother. Keep it up.

Knees were not made to run long distance 3-5 times a week for years on end.

I used to run a lot 10-15 years ago, but had to stop. Too much damage to my feet and hips. I tried cross fit for a little while, but my doc said that's for people under 30. Anyone doing cross fit routines over 30 is at risk injury. Sure enough had to stop cross fit because I injured my rotator cuff. Anyone middle aged or older should stick too weights, biking, and swimming. Definitely exercise or you will run into a host of other health issues. Exercise is your best bet for not needing ED meds, better stamina, and performance (and we all want that).
I noticed lately that I've been dropping some weight for no reason. I still workout and run but it seems like I'm losing some muscle. I still try to lift pretty decent weights but even the strength is going. I don't know what's up. I weigh myself and the lbs are dropping but my body fat is unchanged. Belly fat still there. The strength and the looser clothes got me on alert. Anyone got any input? Is it just aging?

I think I may get a wet dream soon. LOL.
