Same time, she has a very pale complexion and she could bruise easily. I imagine if other dates were very vigorous with her, the inside of her thighs could be bruised. So one mark for maybe nothing.
But that second case only makes sense if the bruising on her upper arms is on the outside of her upper arms (where hands might hold her still). If it's on the inside of her arms, near the elbow, or along veins on inner thigh / upper calf. Well that's a mark for possible IV stuff.
Sometimes getting blood drawn leaves a bruise-like area (often does on me, especially if the tech isn't very good at what they do). But medical staff rarely do blood draws or IVs on the legs or away from the forearms, unless they have no other options (saw my ex get IV fluids directly in the vein on her neck once).
You've seen other girls. If it looks suspect, there's something suspect going on. Stay safe.

TOFTT and called her. Got good instructions to a private house. If you do go here, she is in the basement. Do NOT knock on the door to the military landlord with little kids upstairs. (I did not have this issue, but she never gave that part of the instructions until I was there already).
