I scheduled an appt in advance at Kingsgate for an hour the day before yesterday. Showed up on time. 25 minutes in I was told they are too busy and they would only be doing half an hour. Almost a carbon copy of what happened to me. I made an appointment for late morning, arrived on time. They actually walked me to the room right away, which was encouraging. However, I waited probably 15 minutes. She finally came in and said about another 10 minutes. When finally arrived, they finished in half hour.
