I recently stopped In and saw lily again, she is absolutely amazing and is my ATF now, good massage, she is pretty and very attractive, and is happy to make you feel good. I will definitely repeat again and again.

This may be a dumb question, but. Is it safe to assume that all thai massage places offer HE? And if so, how much do you usually tip and how do you tell them you want it?

I wouldn't say ALL offer HE. Check out the different threads as some do and some don't. Some MT's do and some don't. YMMV. Most charge $60 for massage and you tip based in services rendered. Usually the $60 plus $40-$60 more depending on service. At least that is what I have experienced.

Saw Becky for a massage on Thursday night. Pics are not her and she was not the most attractive I have ever seen. But massage was incredible. Girl worked her butt off and knew what she was doing. Obvious to me there was much more available here since she did a great job also of working the boys from behind and getting her hands into all the right places.
