To some of us, that is the best news ever. When girls aren't busy, they have full energy and are fresher. Yes, it sucks for budget guys and I even agree prices should drop in principle. The results of this approach are predictable - with even a small employer match you end up with a million or two dollars in 20-30 years. Knowing what coworkers have now, I say that with hindsight.
