Also Leonard street short stroll between 131 and Alpine. Either one can be hit or miss.

I'm much retired at this point. There just isn't enough action in most of the midwest cities I travel to any more but I happend to be working on Division and saw at least 3 near Andre or within a block either direction. 2 of the 3 were definitely worth picking up from the looks.
