I am terrible at names, so I won't be of much help, but the golden rule seems to be, if they don't sit down with you and talk for at least 5 minutes before asking for a dance, you will only get a very professsional quick release. I had the best experiences (sensually) with the girls that sit down talk, cuddle and I actually had to ask for a dance. In the latter case, there has never been any discussion of $ before as well.

When it comes to high mileage, extras, requests for insider info, etc, then "Earn our trust" is the mantra.
But in this case, the guy was just asking for innocent info about no extras. Just where to find Asian dancers. It's innocent enough info, that I feel it is just community sharing. Not all of this community is hardcore mongers looking for where to get laid. For us softcore mongers, it is hard to get answers to the basic questions if we have to build up trust by sharing info.
