After several years of weight gain, I experienced a drop in stamina, smaller dick size and less interest in sex. I finally decided to lose weight. So far I've lost 28 lbs but still have more to go but so far I can see a difference. The normal stuff like clothes sitting in the closet for years now fit and now I don't have to exhale before bending over to tie shoes laces. Stamina has improved, desire has made a come back and popping twice is once again possible. Dick size is still the same and that's probably related to the not so rock hard erection I once could muster but I hope with another 20 lbs or so that will also improve.

We all like to eat and often the portions are too large or we eat fatty food or food high in sugar. I see co-workers and friends with heart problems and they are only late 50's to early 60's. On the operating table getting bypass surgery is too late to make that lifestyle change. It takes years to clog up your arteries so start eating better and exercising now to reverse the negative effects. When you lose weight, everything will improve. You will look younger, feel more energetic, sleep better and desire for sex will increase. It's up to you and I'll post again after I lose 50 lbs.

Stopped being active, ate too much and the pounds slowly went up till you reach a point that the dick starts to get softer. It doesn't happen overnight but you do notice how quickly you lose your breath on once simple routine tasks. Next is a physical with some lab work and the doctor wants to prescribe Lipitor because of high cholesterol. I too lost weight through smaller, healthier meals and going for walks or bike rides. Just use any hotel booking site to check prices. To eliminate the weird middle of the night checkout, just leave when you want, call the front desk in the morning and tell them you are checking out and left the key (s) in the room.

Sometimes people have to leave early for emergencies, so a middle of the night checkout isn't always weird. Plus, the night auditor / desk clerk might be a hottie!
