While it was fairly easy for me to personally exit the building when the fire alarms sounded (just a long downstairs walk), I could not retrieve my car from Level 3 in the parking structure for several hours. Of course, similar issues can arise if parked elsewhere (break-in, accident, towed, etc.). This hobby is fraught with unforeseeable events.

But for me, the main problem is that a picture is taken of your car and license plate as you stop at the kiosk to pay for parking. So if anything bad goes down anywhere on the CC property just before you leave, you will be a person of interest to the police. Just a word of caution.
