Massage Parlor Reports

Hello,

I'm new to this forum, but not the hobby. Looks a bit livelier here than on other boards. Typically see the escort ladies, have limited experience with AMPs. I welcome your advice.

Monday, I had a dream about a Rainbow and at the end of the Rainbow was a 4ish Korean lady by the name of Suzy. It was very late Monday, almost closed, but she welcomed me in. 80 reasons for her to remain and see me this late for an hour.

I dreamed the table shower and massage were good, not great but no complaints. I remember in this dream that I couldn't visualize her naked, though we had friendly banter about doing so. Neither was there any sort of vacuum service available. The dream ended happily for the most part. Until there was a discussion of a tip. In the dream, I had out a 20, no more needed. Being late, and new to this service, I proceeded to 40 and put up my money which evoked a scowl look upon Suzy's face. To which I replied, "seriously?". She returned to being pleasant as she showed me the door.

Nice enough, and will continue to try the AMP because I like the potential. I'm a bit conflicted because at 120 one can start dreaming about 30 minutes with some very good dream partners that provide a dream experience to the fullest extent.

Well if you do know the girls , tell them to change their attitude and the tips will come !! I find it hard to believe they wouldn't get any of the front money. If they only work strictly off of tips , alot of them need to change their attitude. Not all of them, just some. There are some very nice and sweet ladies working at the spas , and I usually tip them very well . It makes a big difference if they act like they appreciate the business and the money !

Any reviews on a girl named Cindy from there?

I totally agree with Redskinzzfan on all his points. Last week at a AMP in Myrtle Beach I missed out on a HE and the lady missed out on a nice tip over the issue. (report on MB board) Attitude and customer service goes a long way. If the ladies want to set a price on a specific service then it should be considered a fee and charged up front. A tip is for good service and you don't tip your barber until he has cut your hair or tip a waiter until your have finished your meal so why tip your massuese in the middle of a massage. If you know so many of the ladies I would like to suggest that you also suggest to them to try not to interrupt the session by running out of the room to answer the phone or the door and not smack on chewing gum. A pleasant attitude and good customer service is essential in any service based business. I also noticed in one of your earlier reports you indicated the ladies all work for tips and encouraged tipping. Do you by chance work in one of the spas?

When you talk about spas and certain girls at the spa you run the risk of getting the spa in trouble. If you look at it from the spa owners view, they don't need the problems caused by guys talking on here. Remember the spa has certain laws that they need to be very careful with. If you are treated nicely at a spa the you should tip accordingly. If the spa knows that it's girls will get them in trouble, then they are at risk. They will probably have to let the girl go. Things posted on the board here shouldn't cause a girl to get in trouble. That's bad for the girl, customers, and the spa. It's best to comunicate thru PM, instead of on the board. The best way to get good service is to be a good regular customer.

If we are to believe what we read here, the spas get all the house money . If this is the case , then wouldn't they want as many customers as possible ? From what I've seen , the girls are the only ones that actually get in trouble. For the most part the spas keep on going " business as usual " .

I do agree , for the safety of the girls , alot of info should be passed by PM .

Had a recent dream as I was driving up I85 that I visited some Alpine mountains and valleys. In this dream, I was able to climb a mountain for $20 less than usual and for $60 you could make it to the summit but it would only take 15 minutes, however, for another $30 you could take a longer route that would last 10 or so minutes more. My tour guide, Kelly I think her name was, made it a nice, slow, enjoyable climb with many views of the mountains that were so close you could touch them. At this lower price, it was still more expensive than some other mountains I have visited, however, at least my tour guide spoke good English.

My tour guide informed me that she only gets 15% of the fee for her work and the rest through tips.

BTW, one of the odd things about this visit was that as I arrived another climber arrived at the same time. Once he went in, as I waited another arrived. Sort of awkward...

In my experience the ladies do receive a portion of the house fee. Runs from 20 to 40 dollars here. Extras are dictated by house policy and here tip is kept by the girl. In locales where fs is the rule the tips are usually split with house. Girls here mostly warned not to provide fs. Some behave and some do not. My humble 2 cents. I do believe most girls will provide fs over time. They love the green.

"Runs from 20 to 40 dollars here", That's quite a bit more than I was told from a very reliable source. It's my understanding that the girls get a very small portion of the house money (around 15% to 20%) and work mostly for tips. I know for a fact that this is true in this area. Not sure about other regions of the country where LE is not as big of an issue. I've heard stories about the total amount being paid,at the door. It's possible that a more even split could be the case there. Not around this area.

If it is 15% then that's 12.00 hr ,tax free. That equates to around 15-16 an hr , if they paid taxes . However , I wouldn't take the word of an AMP girl, as to what she gets paid. It's in her best interest to fudge the numbers, to the low side. Taking all this into account, if it is true, then that's an even bigger reason for them to be friendly and act like they are happy to see you. That way they will get a bigger tip. I just saw one last Sunday evening , she was very sweet, friendly, and genuinely acted happy I was there. There was no FS , just a good massage, and I left very happy that I went. She got a very nice tip, actually acted surprised that I left so much. It is service like this that I think most of us are looking for.

As to the other girls, if they are that unhappy with the job they are doing, I think they should do us all a favor and quit. If they like the job, but just not the money that they are getting paid, then I suggest they renegotiate their contracts . Since it appears it's the house that controls the extras they provide , thus controling the amount of the tip , they should demand a bigger cut. I hope some of the spa girls that read the board see this and the word spreads. Since most of us don't have the willpower to boycott them, maybe they can strike !! If they get more money from the house cut, maybe they will be happier, and our service will get better !! I know it's too much to expect, but since we are all just dreaming here , can't we hope for a happy one !!

Do you think these places are unknown outside of these boards? The whole purpose of this board is to share these "dreams". I don't think I was out of line.

I knew the establishment where he was talking about, though the services he received was quite confusing to understand how happy an ending this dream had. A regular of this board would have no problem knowing where he was talking about.

All of this info. didn't come from just 1 girl.Besides that, don't assume that they get a bigger cut and that gives you the right to leave a smaller tip. One thing that I know for sure is this. A guy who tips well will be remembered on his next visit. Don't you think that this person is more likely to get treated better the next time ? It's like going to a strip club,if a guy tips well the word about them travels very fast. All of the girls want to see "that guy". Not much different at a massage parlor. Believe me,these girls DO REMEMBER those who are good to them. About the girls asking for a bigger cut (from the house). Keep in mind that the girl is just working there. The money that goes to"the house" has to pay rent,insurance, power bills,and all the other expenses that go with owning a business. The bottom line is,if enough customers come through the door, money is made (brought in) then everyone's happy. If things are slow the the house doesn't make money and the girls can't make tips. That's where the unhappy workers may come into play. However, I do agree with you that anyone working for mostly tips should be extra nice and friendly. A girl with a bad attitude will not make much money,even when business is good. That's not just at a massage parlor,that would be true anywhere a person works for tips.

I'll agree with you Wowthg. I think it's OK to let members know where you are talking about (that's not a problem). You didn't reveal to much info.,anything that might cause trouble. It is true, that's what this board is all about. If someone sends you a PM asking for more exact details, I would hope that you might check out their other posts before giving to much info.. It's a fine line on getting the word out, and not causing trouble. I wish it didn't need to be this way and we could post everything . But,it is, what it is. Just be conscious of what your posting and give details (thru PM) to the ones you can trust (not someone with no posts,or 2 or 3 posts with no real info. in them). That way the intentions of this board will remain and good establishments to visit will be available for all board members to enjoy.
Understand this, I don't want members to stop posting. I just want them to make a conscious effort to leave out exact details that might cause trouble (in the wrong hands). That's just my observation.
